The most painful thing in life is losing relationships. We understand disease and death only after it has placed its hands on someone we love. 40,000 women die of Breast Cancer every year in Pakistan.
Imagine a father who mourns for his daughter, a husband who lost his beloved wife, and children growing up without their mother. It’s painful even to imagine for us. Think about those who go through all of this.
With around 7.9 billion people in this world, ironically we often feel incredibly alone and distant from other human beings. It is important to remember that in our daily lives, we will encounter many people and we are not always aware of what storm they may be going through. The simple act of being kind can sometimes be life-changing to someone. It is one of the principles of our faith to help our fellow human beings. Help the breast cancer patients in fighting their battle.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said,
“Whoever relieves a believer’s distress of the distressful aspects of this world, Allah will rescue him from a difficulty of the difficulties of the Hereafter.” (Sahi Muslim)
