The doctors are very professional, gentle and listen to the patient with full attention.
The diagnosis is done using modern methods and everything is explained clearly, systematically and confidently.
The best thing is that the patient is treated here as a person, not just a disease.
I am personally satisfied and would advise those in need to choose a reputable and experienced place for treatment, because wisdom is the real capital in health.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Pink Ribbon. Despite multiple attempts to contact them regarding some issus, I have not received any response to my calls or messages, and when they pickup the call the person behind the call was not responding and cutoff the call. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has left me feeling frustrated and unvalued as a customer. I expect a higher level of service, especially from a reputable brand like Pink Ribbon.very bad...

The Pink Ribbon team is really disappointing. They're all about marketing and showing off, but when it comes to actual help, they're nowhere to be found. I called them for info leaflets for my office employees, and they gave me a marketing manager's number. But after that, no one responded, even after I called and messaged multiple times. They keep saying their boss isn't available, but it's just excuses. They're posting on social media about awareness, but when I needed help, they ignored me. I'd have paid for the leaflets, but they weren't even professional enough to respond. Super frustrating!

There is no board or sign outside the building to identify the building. No appointment system First Come First services also if you want to have a scan you have to come early. Although they claim it as a free service but you have to sign a zakat form or pay Rs. 1000 to 3500 as fee. Scan time is till 1 pm. Wait time for scan is 2 hours if there are patients. So come prepared.
